Order Changes and Cancelation Disclaimer:
Any changes or updates to click and buy orders must be made within 24 hours of initial payment. Cancelations on cookies cannot be made within 14 days of the pickup date or ship by date for shipping orders. Cancelations on all other orders (this includes cakes, cupcakes, cookie cakes, and all other specialty sweets) cannot be made within 7 days of the pickup date. In the event of a cancellation, Hayleycakes and Cookies will issue credit for the value of your purchase. That credit can be used in part or in full to any future order placed within 12 months.  No refunds will be provided.Â
Shipping & Pickup Disclaimer:
For orders shipped, Hayley Cakes & Cookies is not responsible for any damage to product during the shipping process or any delays caused by the shipping carrier. No reimbursement will be offered. Orders shipped via ground do not have a guaranteed arrival date. Though we will make every effort to make sure they arrive on or before the date requested, Hayleycakes and Cookies will not be held responsible for delays on the part of the shipper, and no reimbursement will be offered on orders delayed due to issues related to Fedex. The date listed on our calendar represents the first available day for your order to leave our bakery. Actual arrival date of shipped orders will vary depending on shipping time and method of shipping selected. In the event you select an arrival date that we are unable to accommodate we will contact you via email to discuss expedited shipping options. Â
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order both on your screen and on your auto generated confirmation. In the event that you need a shipping address changed due to a change of plans or an error when placing your order, please contact us and Hayleycakes and Cookies will happily make every effort to correct that before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, we still have resources to change the final destination of an order in transit, but our carriers do charge a redirect fee for which you will be charged.
