Q: Can you ship your cookies?

A: Yes! HayleyCakes and Cookies can ship cookies anywhere in the United States.

Q: Will my cookies break during shipping?

A: Hayley Cakes and Cookies uses various methods to ensure careful packaging, but Hayley Cakes and Cookies is not responsible for any breakage during shipment.

Q: I have an idea for a cookie, can you create it?

A: Yes! we have experienced decorators and designers to assist in getting your ideas piped directly on to a cookie.

Q: Where will the cookies ship from?

A: HayleyCakes and Cookies is located in Austin, TX and all shipments go out via FedEx in Austin.

Q: Does packaging cost extra?

A: All cookies include the price of individual wrapping in cellophane bags with a silver twist tie or heat sealed, packaged in our standard boxes with packing material. You can add a matching ribbon for $5 extra per dozen (you can supply us with the ribbon or we can find a color and design to match). Additional charges may apply if special packaging is required.

Q: Do all of the cookies have to be same design?

A: No! Cookie orders can have an assortment of designs, we simply ask you stick with the same color scheme throughout the order of 12. Prices may increase if each cookie uses different colors.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?

A: Yes, you must order a minimum of 12 cookies, or 3 dozen mini cookies if they are to be shipped.
